William Nascimento, PE, SE has dedicated his 39-year career to project development in both the public and private sectors, having founded, owned, and operated a 200-person civil engineering and project management company between 1994 and 2009. He has served and partnered with numerous California cities, counties, and public agencies on projects across the Golden State, ranging in size from $1 million to $125 million. William now focuses on private real estate development. He uses his unique experience working alongside public entities to deliver thoughtful, high-quality commercial projects that aim to optimally serve their users while integrating with their surrounding communities. William holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona. William is licensed as a Professional Engineer in California, Arizona, Oregon, and Hawaii.
