William is a Senior Broker with Genesee Commercial Group and brings 25 years of commercial real estate experience in Colorado. Prior to joining Genesee Commercial Group, he worked within the real estate brokerage division of Ojala & Company, a well-established design-build firm based in Arvada, Colorado.
Over the course of his career, William has been involved in more than 1,000,000 square feet of office, industrial, leasing, and sales transactions. His experience ranges from traditional office and industrial assignments to more complex and specialized requirements, including laboratory space.
William’s primary focus includes landlord and tenant representation, owner-user building acquisitions and sales, and investment property acquisitions and dispositions. He works closely with property owners on leasing strategy, market positioning, negotiations, and transaction execution, while also advising tenants on property selection, lease negotiations, occupancy strategy, and broader real estate decisions.
His experience representing both buyers and sellers in owner-user and investment transactions gives him a strong understanding of property valuation, deal structure, due diligence, negotiation strategy, and the financial considerations that drive commercial real estate decisions. This broad perspective allows William to evaluate opportunities from multiple sides of a transaction and provide clients with practical, well-informed guidance.
William combines strong market knowledge with analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a practical approach to negotiations. His ability to coordinate the many parties involved in a transaction and keep deals moving toward a successful closing has been a consistent part of his career.
While West Denver and the surrounding submarkets remain a primary area of focus, William is active throughout the Denver metropolitan area and has also completed and advised on commercial real estate transactions in other parts of the country. His combination of deep local knowledge and broader transactional experience allows him to effectively represent clients across a wide range of markets, property types, and transaction structures.
