William Paladino serves as Chief Executive Officer of Ellicott Development Co. LLC, a Buffalo, New York–based property management, leasing, and development firm. In this role, he oversees the company's strategic direction and day-to-day operations. He is responsible for the acquisition, planning, coordination, and development of new office, retail, and hospitality properties. He has held the CEO position since 1993. Paladino began working at Ellicott Development at age 16 in construction and maintenance.
