William Perry is a multidisciplinary commercial real estate professional and designer with a background that bridges real estate brokerage, industrial design, and product development.
He is currently a Real Estate Agent with R.E. Perry Company, where he applies a diverse skill set to projects from start to finish, while also operating Perry Design Studios, a Virginia-based design practice focused on furniture engineering, technical drawings, 3D modeling, CNC cutting, and prototyping.
His experience includes translating design concepts into manufacturable products, developing production plans and bills of materials, and supporting cost-efficient manufacturing solutions across wood, metal, plastics, and composite materials. Earlier in his career, Perry worked in product development for Propella Electric Bikes and as a technical product designer in the furniture industry, building a foundation that uniquely complements his work in commercial real estate and design
