Bio
William Saied is an Acquisition Associate in the Houston office. In his capacity, he is involved in all facets of Brennan’s acquisition and development platform. In addition to underwriting potential acquisitions, he is also involved in the dispositions, due diligence, and asset management of Brennan’s projects. William focuses on Texas, with a particular concentration on the Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin markets. Additionally, he assists the managing principals in California and Colorado who service the West Coast, Reno, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Kansas City markets.
Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, William worked for Transwestern in Dallas as a financial analyst in their summer internship program. While there, he worked closely with office and industrial investment sales brokers, analyzing submarkets and determining market value for a variety of deals.
