William Schmadeke II is a 23-year veteran of the real estate industry and Vice President of Aspen Property Management. He has managed a diverse portfolio of properties in his career including office buildings, retail centers, apartments, industrial buildings, self storage facilities and homeowners associations (HOA),
Previous to Aspen, William was President of Schmadeke Company overseeing the residential and commercial development and management divisions of the company that had been formed in 1965. William managed all aspects of business operations including revenue and expense management, marketing, site selection and contract negotiation for commercial and residential developments. William is currently a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a licensed Real Estate Agent of the State of Indiana.
