Bio
William Yowell joined CBRE’s Southeast Multifamily investment sales team in 2021. William primarily focuses on the marketing and execution of multifamily investment sales for institutional and private capital across the Charlotte metro. He works with the Carolinas team to advise clients on multifamily transactions, valuations, land acquisitions, financings and provides informative market insights.
Prior to joining CBRE, William spent 8 years with PGIM Real Estate, the global real estate investment arm of Prudential Financial, as an Asset Manager based in San Francisco, CA. His scope of responsibilities included overseeing a $2.5BN+ portfolio of over 6,000+ multifamily units across the Western U.S. region with extensive experience leading operating, lease-up, value-add, & ground-up development strategies. Additionally, William has been involved in over $3BN of transaction volume since 2013.
