Winston Smith started his career with Riverside Resources as an intern in August of 2011. He was quickly promoted to an associate in May of 2012 and excelled for six years. In September of 2018, Mr. Smith became a Partner of Riverside Resources. Mr. Smith focuses on opportunistic investments across diverse product types including office, multi-family, in-fill retail, industrial, mixed-use land tracts, and residential land tracts. Mr. Smith creates value in developments and investments through his expertise in acquisitions, financing, development, leasing, and management. Mr. Smith studied finance at St. Edward's University. During his time there, he was on the basketball team. In 2012, Mr. Smith graduated with cum laude honors.
