Wyatt Figueroa is a Retail and Net-Leased property specialist with The Nelson Retail Group based out of Sacramento, California, with Marcus & Millichap.
Prior to joining the team at Marcus & Millichap in 2018, Wyatt earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and Sales from CSU, Chico. He would commute from Chico to the Sacramento office to learn from Senior Managing Director Edward Nelson two to three times a week, while simultaneously being actively involved with his Business Fraternity, DSP, the American Marketing Association, and the Seufferlein Sales Program.
After graduating from CSU, Chico Wyatt has been relentless and fully immersed in the commercial real estate arena. Wyatt was recognized by Marcus & Millichap’s Sacramento and Reno offices as their Rising Star in 2020. In addition, he was nominated by the Sacramento ACRE (Association of Commercial Real Estate) as the Next Gen Broker of the Year for 2020 and won. Wyatt continues to be a top retail and net-leased commercial real estate agent in all of Sacramento against all other firms year after year.
Wyatt is an exceptionally driven and highly motivated individual who truly enjoys providing the best possible services to his clients. In his spare time, Wyatt enjoys the great outdoors, reading, working out, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and/or serving his community at the Sacramento Fire Department as a Signel Role EMT two days a week.
