Bio
For over sixteen years, Yandell has worked with some of Louisville’s largest companies, advising them in office leases, renewals, expansions and headquarters relocations. Yandell also represents some of the city’s larger institutional office landlords, helping achieve value through filling vacancy, tenant renewals and advice about building improvements. Louisville’s size has also enabled Yandell to branch out from solely office leasing, allowing him to work with buyers and sellers of office buildings and investment properties including retail, multi-family, hotel conversion and historic buildings.
After earning a BA from Davidson College in 1991, Yandell began his professional career working for a large health insurance company, eventually realizing his favorite ‘role’ there was sales. Upon leaving the big corporate world, he joined a boutique insurance firm and later co-founded a tech start-up. His previous experience with big corporate workings, boutique specialty firms and tech start-ups have given him a huge depth and breadth of knowledge from which to draw when working with and advising tenants and landlords.
Yandell is a CoStar Power Broker award winner and one of Business First’s Twenty People To Know In Real Estate. In his spare time he enjoys fly fishing, college sports and coaching his children’s sports teams.
