Bio
Yariv Lapid is an Investment Sales Professional with Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, he is responsible for originating and executing exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. He specializes in sourcing, evaluating and selling various asset classes.
Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Lapid spent 15 years as a successful residential broker at Douglas Elliman, where he was named one of the firm’s top 25 agents in 2017. His area of expertise included selling townhomes, condos and coops throughout New York City as well as providing rental management services to landlords.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and is fluent in Hebrew.
