With a strong background in finance and years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate, I specialize in helping clients acquire and sell investment properties and businesses across Southern California — but not limited to it. My focus includes value-add opportunities, NNN-leased assets, single-tenant properties, owner-user buildings, and ground-up developments.
In addition to real estate, I work extensively with business sales — including restaurants, cafes, coin laundromats, and car washes — guiding both first-time and seasoned operators through the acquisition process. Whether it’s securing SBA financing, structuring lease terms, or identifying 1031 exchange targets, I help my clients make sound, strategic decisions that align with their goals.
