Yvette serves as a commercial office Property Manager. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of a number of office properties located in the metro Houston area. With more than six years of property management experience, Yvette is responsible for overseeing the property engineering services, property receivable and payable accounts, preparing property budgets, and overseeing tenant relations.
As Manager of Marketing and Research, Yvette is responsible for administering the Company’s portfolio to the public and developing marketing and advertising materials that showcase each property to its best advantage. She publishes Fuller’s HTML email content, website content and property flyers. Fuller benefits from her attention to detail and effective communication and allowing them to make logical and informed decisions for their business.
Yvette also serves as Fuller’s website and IT administrator overseeing website content and providing day-to-day product or system support to clients and users.
Yvette joined Fuller in 1995. She is currently a member of the Commercial Real Estate Research Forum and serves as Fuller’s representative with the Greater Houston Partnership.
