Twenty-six plus years in the real estate business has been a source of happiness and satisfaction! Yvonne has had her Associate Broker’s license since 1998, first owning her own business and for the last nine years, and now having her license with Morris-Richardson Real Estate. She lives in a small but growing rural community full of farms, lakes galore and quick access to I-75, which makes for a fun and exciting business!! She has listed and sold residential and commercial properties, plus has worked with new construction condominiums and resale properties since 1999. Yvonne also finds time for volunteer work as she is currently working with the Ogemaw Township DDA and more recently joined on with Project Rising Tide. Aside from real estate, Yvonne loves to travel, cook, garden and spend time with her family!!
