Scott joined Langholz Wilson & Associates, Inc. in 1991 directly from a family-owned residential development company in southern Maine. In 2005, Langholz/Wilson & Associates, Inc. merged with Ellis Real Estate Company to form Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc. Mr. Smith has been the Top Producer of the firm in 9 of his 23 year history at Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc. (now Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis).
Since joining Langholz Wilson Ellis, Inc., Mr. Smith has specialized in retail tenant representation and retail development projects. Mr. Smith has been directly involved in the development of over 100 million dollars of retail development in the greater Pittsburgh area and represented such retailers as Sola Salons, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Bassett Furniture, Whole Foods, Starbucks Coffee, Banana Republic, GAP, J Crew, Sephora, Brinker International Restaurants, Golfsmith, Bruegger’s Bagel Bakery, Beauty First, Supercuts, Mattress Discounters, NationsCredit, Monro Muffler Brake, Kinko’s, Talbot’s, and McDonald’s.
