Zach Diamond is Managing Director of Katz NYC and has a background in sales and talent booking that has helped him develop the strong communications, organizational and negotiating skills that make for a successful real estate broker.
Mr. Diamond got his start at Talent Resources, where he booked celebrities for appearances and performances at venues across the United States. Drawing from his degree in communications from Syracuse University, Mr. Diamond was able to hone his oral and written communications skills in this job, as well as gain experience dealing with important and influential people in their field. These lessons then translated to a stint at Health BX, where he handled company logistics and was tasked with going door-to-door to sell Red Jacket apple juice to bodegas and grocery stores. Through these dealings, Mr. Diamond learned about the needs of retail tenants and he intends to further utilize this knowledge in the strong tenant relationships he builds in the real estate market.
Mr. Diamond focuses on both tenants and landlords in areas throughout Manhattan.
