Zach Elcano joined Rappaport in May of 2016 following his graduation from American University where he earned a degree in Business Administration specializing in Management and Marketing. During his time at American University, Zach represented his school on the men’s basketball team. Zach started at Rappaport as a Leasing Associate where he played an integral role in the day-to-day leasing aspect on a portfolio of over 9 million SF. As a leasing representative, Zach assists senior leasing agents with prospecting throughout the market for various assets within the Rappaport portfolio and is an active member of ICSC.
