Zach Fox is a Managing Director at Midtown Capital Partners, where he oversees acquisitions, capital markets, asset management, and development execution across the firm’s portfolio. His work spans multifamily, infill industrial, office, and retail investments throughout Florida and the broader Southeast. He also leads sourcing, underwriting, and negotiation of new investment opportunities and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. Before joining Midtown Capital Partners, Fox led acquisitions for Urstadt Biddle Properties, a publicly traded REIT, where he contributed to long-term investment strategy execution across multiple asset classes nationwide. Earlier in his career, he held roles with Robert K. Futterman & Associates and Winick Realty Group.
