I help mission-driven charter schools secure the real estate they need to launch, grow, and serve their communities. Working closely with a specialized team, I’ve been involved in over 25 school projects totaling more than $200 million and 625,000 square feet, primarily for schools focused on underserved student populations.
In addition to education-focused work, I’ve supported over $20 million in sales and leasing activity along the Water Street District, a one-mile stretch in the heart of Downtown Henderson. I also represent industrial tenants across Southern Nevada, helping operators identify the right space, negotiate favorable terms, and plan for long-term growth.
I stay engaged in the local market through NAIOP and CCIM’s Southern Nevada chapters, and I’m a Leadership Henderson graduate (Class of 2023) and active member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. My work is built on honest communication, strong relationships, and a focus on helping organizations with purpose succeed.
