Zach serves as Cushman Wakefield's Executive Director of Agency Leasing out of Transwestern’s Atlanta office. Zach works with owners and investor clients throughout Atlanta to form and implement a comprehensive marketing and leasing strategy which helps maximize value and return for his clients. Before joining Transwestern, Zach was Senior Vice President at Madison Marquette, responsible for successfully leasing 4.5 million square feet throughout Atlanta. Prior to that, he held a position as leasing manager at John Hancock Financial Services, where he was responsible for leasing approximately 3 million square feet in Atlanta.
