Bio
Zachary Csik is Vice President, North Central Development, for Rockefeller Group. He is primarily focused on the development of industrial sites in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania and is responsible for identifying and acquiring other commercial and mixed-use projects in the region. Mr. Csik has been involved in commercial real estate for more than twelve years, having most recently worked as Land Acquisition & Development Director for American Properties Realty, Inc. (APR), a residential developer and construction company based out of Iselin, New Jersey.
At Rockefeller Group, he has been responsible for the development and lease up of approximately 3,000,000 square feet of industrial space and led asset dispositions grossing nearly $500 million. Mr. Csik has also been responsible for the development of over 1,000 residential units including single family homes, townhouses, apartments and condominiums.
Mr. Csik has his CCIM designation, is an active member of NAIOP and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New Jersey. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
