Zach is a Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Market, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition in 2019 and has three years of experience in multi-housing real estate and investment sales advisory. He is primarily responsible for mult-housing investment advisory transactions in Chicago and throughout the Midwest. Prior to joining HFF in 2019, Zach worked as a Senior Consultant for Deloitte in New York and Chicago. Over the last three years, Zach has been involved in the disposition of over $1.2 billion of multi-housing assets.
