Zachary Lemke, CCIM, specializes in investment sales, retail and medical office leasing, and land development across Northeast Florida. Based in St. Augustine, Lemke represents owners, investors, and tenants throughout St. Johns, Duval, Clay, Putnam, Nassau, and Flagler Counties.
With almost a decade of leadership experience as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer and over five years as a full-time commercial real estate broker, Lemke brings a disciplined, analytical, and results-oriented approach to every transaction. His background in strategic operations and decision analysis directly informs his real estate practice—emphasizing market data, investment fundamentals, and value optimization for his clients.
Lemke has advised clients on a wide range of assignments including retail center leasing, medical office build-to-suit projects, restaurant and hospitality asset sales, redevelopment sites, and covered land plays. His brokerage has also facilitated multiple business asset and leasehold transactions within St. Augustine’s Historic District, one of the most competitive retail submarkets in Florida.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Lemke has completed advanced coursework in financial analysis, investment strategy, and portfolio management. The CCIM designation is recognized globally as the pinnacle of professional competency and education in commercial real estate and represents a commitment to the highest standards of ethics, education, and performance.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Lemke served on active duty in the U.S. Army, leading teams in complex environments and developing the leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills that now define his brokerage practice.
