Zach Weiss is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of SAB Capital. With over ten years of transaction experience in commercial real estate, Zach oversees the firm’s sale-leaseback and capital markets divisions, in addition to spearheading the firm’s overall growth initiatives.
A graduate of Hamilton College, Zach previously worked as a Business Development Associate for ALC Environmental, Inc., an Analyst at Llenrock Group, LLC, and most recently co-managing his investment sales team at Marcus & Millichap, all before co-founding SAB Capital with Dan Corcoran, Preet Sabharwal, and Michael Soleimani.
When Zach is not in the office, he is in the Upper East Side of Manhattan with his wife, Melissa, daughter, Gemma, and Portuguese Water Dog, Ellie.Ellie.
