Zahrah specializes in tenant and landlord representation throughout the Houston and Austin markets as part of the SHOP Companies retail team.
After more than three years at RESOLUT RE, where she was named Rookie of the Year, Zahrah built a strong reputation for her communication skills, attention to detail, and relationship-driven approach. She joined SHOP Companies to continue expanding her regional presence across Texas.
Providing extensive experience guiding clients through every stage of the leasing and acquisition process, Zahrah advises on all matters from market strategy and site selection to deal execution. Her in depth knowledge of local markets and network of trusted industry professionals allow her to deliver thoughtful, data-driven solutions tailored to each client's goals.
Zahrah has a B.A. in Marketing and Communications and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Outside of real estate, she co-founded Horse Haven Farm, a New Mexico based nonprofit dedicated to equine therapy and animal rescue.
