Zane Cole is an accomplished Industrial Specialist in commercial real estate with over a decade of transaction experience in Central Texas. He delivers exceptional service to clients seeking to lease, purchase, or sell industrial properties in the greater Austin/San Antonio regions through his focused market expertise and deep understanding of industrial user requirements.
Drawing on his unique background as a former software engineer and technical marketing engineer in the semiconductor industry, Zane applies strong analytical skills and technical acumen to every transaction. His computer science degree from The University of Texas at Austin, combined with his engineering experience, provides clients with a distinctive perspective on industrial real estate needs.
