Zavier Moreno is the Director of Leasing for the Prologis South Florida Market. With over 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Zavier specializes in leasing strategy, tenant negotiations, and portfolio optimization, ensuring strong financial performance and long-term asset value.
Prior to joining Prologis in March 2025, Zavier served as a Senior Asset Manager at Adler Real Estate Partners for six years, where he managed a 2.9-million-square-foot industrial portfolio with 315 customers across multiple U.S. markets. In this role, he successfully increased occupancy and optimized rental rates. Before that, he held key roles at Nuveen Real Estate and Hart Advisors Group, where he was involved in acquisitions, asset management, and financial analysis for large-scale commercial properties.
Zavier holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University, where he also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with multiple majors and a certificate in International Bank Management. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida.
