Zbigniew (Zbig) Szczerba specializes in residential real estate, but more importantly, in achieving his client’s goals.
Being a native to Northern Brooklyn and Southern Queens, he knows these areas extremely well. Zbig is familiar with all of NYC, however has particular expertise in Greenpoint, Williamsburg, Ridgewood, Maspeth, Glendale, and Middle Village. Zbig grew up in Greenpoint and moved to Ridgewood, Queens in his teens, where he still resides. He attended Hunter College then transferred to Baruch, where he is in pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Real Estate.
