Zé has 17 years of real estate related experience with an emphasis on account management and portfolio advisory work for JLL’s corporate clients including Microsoft and Amazon.
Recently for Microsoft, Zé led a team of 60 people for the transaction and project delivery on a 7 Million SF portfolio throughout 23 countries, as well as facilities management in Latin America. He also spearheaded the implementation of the Program Management model key to Microsoft’s real estate life cycle delivery.
At Amazon, Zé oversees transaction and project delivery globally. During his career at JLL Zé has completed over 8 Million SF of transactions. Past roles include serving as Account Manager for Wellpoint’s 11 Million SF portfolio and Transactions Lead for Cisco Systems’ North America portfolio.
