Zeenat Ladiwalla is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mid-Continent Hospitality, a Frisco, Texas-based hotel development and management company. She launched the company in 2006 alongside her late husband, Minhas Ladiwalla, starting with a single limited-service hotel and growing it into a nationally recognized enterprise managing and owning over 20 branded properties across the United States.
With more than two decades of hospitality experience, Zeenat began her career in luxury hotel operations, serving as Guest Relations Manager at Marriott Hotels and Front Office Manager at The Ritz-Carlton in Karachi, Pakistan. She holds a Diploma in Hospitality Administration from the Pakistan Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Karachi University.
Under her leadership, Mid-Continent Hospitality has expanded its portfolio to include Marriott, Hilton, and IHG brands, as well as ventures into restaurant and retail operations. Zeenat is known for her commitment to operational excellence, strategic growth, and fostering a company culture grounded in integrity and service. Her vision emphasizes creating a lasting legacy that benefits employees, partners, and communities.
Beyond hospitality, Zeenat has spearheaded multi-unit franchise development projects, including introducing iconic Chicago-based brands Buona and Rainbow Cone to Texas markets. She continues to lead Mid-Continent Hospitality’s growth strategy, focusing on high-demand markets and innovative hospitality concepts.
