I'm a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Fausto Commercial, specializing in industrial properties throughout Fort Lauderdale and Miami. I’ve been in real estate for over 14 years. I started in residential, working across Broward and Miami-Dade counties for over a decade, before shifting into commercial real estate — a move that completely re-energized my career.
I truly believe that to succeed in this business, you have to genuinely love people. One of my biggest passions is connecting with clients, creating memorable experiences, and building relationships that go far beyond the transaction. I don’t see people as deals — I see them as partners, and I’m committed to making the experience meaningful from start to finish.
One of my greatest accomplishments has been diving into the world of industrial properties. It’s such a dynamic and creative space — no two properties are ever the same, and what fascinates me most is how a simple warehouse can be transformed into just about anything. That flexibility and vision make commercial real estate incredibly rewarding.
Along with industrial sales, I also have experience in short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties, and I’m a licensed Florida Notary.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spinning, going to the gym, spending time with my dog, networking, and traveling whenever I can. Exploring new places keeps me inspired and open-minded — something I bring back with me into my work.
In the near future, I’m planning to launch a podcast to help the next generation break into real estate — sharing my journey, what I’ve learned, and how to build lasting success in both residential and commercial markets.
