Bio
I am a Commercial Real Estate professional focused on helping business owners, investors, landlords, and tenants identify opportunities across Southern California. My work includes leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, investment analysis, tenant representation, landlord representation, and complex property research. I specialize in working with business operators who need real estate that directly supports their business model, including retail, medical, religious/community uses, restaurants, service-based businesses, and specialty-use properties. I have experience reviewing zoning, permitted uses, parking requirements, conditional use permit issues, lease structures, tenant improvements, environmental concerns, and local city requirements to help clients better understand whether a property is realistically workable before moving forward. My background combines commercial real estate, technology sales, business development, and data analysis. Before focusing on commercial real estate, I worked in sales and account management roles where I advised business decision-makers, built client relationships, negotiated terms, and helped customers evaluate solutions based on their financial and operational needs. That experience now helps me approach real estate from a business-first perspective, not just a property perspective. I regularly assist clients with property searches, market research, lease negotiations, purchase offers, broker outreach, comparable property review, due diligence coordination, and deal strategy. I also work closely with entrepreneurs and investors who are trying to acquire or expand businesses, evaluate locations, or reposition real estate assets for stronger long-term value. My approach is practical, responsive, and detail-oriented. I aim to help clients avoid wasted time by identifying issues early, asking the right questions, and clearly explaining risks, opportunities, and next steps. Whether the assignment involves finding a tenant, locating an owner-user building, negotiating a lease, evaluating a business acquisition tied to real estate, or researching zoning feasibility, I focus on providing clear communication and professional execution from start to finish. Areas of focus include: Retail leasing and sales Owner-user acquisitions Tenant and landlord representation Restaurant and service-business properties Medical and veterinary-related real estate Religious and community-use site research Industrial and flex property searches Investment property review Lease and purchase negotiation support Zoning, parking, and entitlement research Market research and comparable property analysis I am committed to building long-term relationships by providing honest guidance, strong follow-through, and a high level of care for every client and assignment.
