Realogy Corporation (Realogy) is a provider of real estate and relocation services. It operates in four segments: Real Estate Franchise Services, which franchises the Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Sotheby's International Realty and Coldwell Banker Commercial brand names; Company Owned Real Estate Brokerage Services, which operates a real estate brokerage business principally under the Coldwell Banker, ERA, Corcoran Group and Sotheby's International Realty brand names; Relocation Services, which offers clients employee relocation services, such as destination services and other consulting services, and Title and Settlement Services, provides title, settlement and vendor management services to real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions with many of these services provided in connection with the Company's real estate brokerage and relocation services businesses.
