Asset Plus Corporation was founded in Houston in 1986 as a third-party property management firm specializing in providing a variety of real estate services to investors, developers and institutional owners. As a result of the extensive experience gained through providing these services to "third party" clients, the principals of the company also became involved with investment and development activity for their own account with a variety of investors. Since its inception, the company has managed over 28 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space as well as apartment and condominium units.
