The company over the past decade has focused its investment activities primarily in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Tampa metropolitan areas. From the onset, the strategy of the company has been to seek off-market and non-institutional commercial real estate properties, which require fresh capital investment and a creative entrepreneurial approach, which in turn enhances value creation and long-term income generation capabilities. Arena Capital Holdings represents the investment division of the Company, with Onyx Management providing day-to-day on-site management, or portfolio oversight.
