Partners in the firm have a collective of 40 years of experience in managing various properties in different asset classes. Experience includes leasing up 15 self storage facilities exceeding 4,000 units. The firm has extensive knowledge with stabilization, debt cover test, and financing for new developments. Aspen is also a full-service brokerage licensed in The State of Indiana. Partners in the firm have successfully improved operating results at more than 20 distressed properties. Our management process begins with the long-term Management Plan which is developed to identify and eliminate operational weaknesses and improve ongoing execution. Management Plans are specifically developed to align property goals with owner objectives.
