In the past its principals have been managing partner of more than 18 apartment deals in Metropolitan Washington, DC totaling nearly 3,000 units, and in the last several years BAF has acquired over 2,600 units in the Southeast. BAF’s principals have also owned fifteen commercial properties in the mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions totaling over 600,000 SF. In addition, BAF has undertaken the purchase of non-performing loans and has made hard money loans secured by real estate.
