Baker Young Corporation was formed in 1989 as a result of the acquisition of the Pittsburgh Management Services Group of Cushman & Wakefield. The firm merged in 2019 with Lockamp Properties and now provides clients a full complement of real estate services in property/facility management, property leasing/sales, acquisitions/development, construction/management, tenant representation, and medical consulting and management services. The company manages and/or owns in excess of 2 million square feet of office, retail, institutional and industrial real estate in southwestern Pennsylvania, Missouri and Ohio.
