Leon Van Beuden founded Bay Osos Brokers in April 1986 after gaining experience with several real estate brokerages and franchises. Recognizing something missing in the traditional model, he set out to create a different kind of brokerage—one where well-educated, full-time agents and brokers collaborate rather than compete, all with the goal of better serving their clients.
In 1992, the company expanded its services to include property management in response to client needs. Nearly 35 years later, Bay Osos Brokers has grown into an agency that feels more like a family, boasting over 250 years of collective real estate experience. The team remains dedicated to providing the highest level of service to its clients.
