Some of our more complex transactions included the $450 million Montgomery Securities lease of the Transamerica Pyramid in San Francisco, the lease restructuring for the Woodland Hills headquarters of 21st Century Insurance, the $275 million Bank of America Center in Houston, the $125 million AT&T sublease in downtown Kansas City, the $95 million Hearst Tower and the $87 million Transamerica Square office development in Charlotte, NC. Additionally, we’ve sold or leased major industrial facilities for companies such as EV Roberts and 21st Century Insurance and are currently retained as the leasing and advisory agents for the existing properties that will ultimately become the $300 million dollar Redondo Beach waterfront commercial revitalization project.
