Ben Davis Properties have been in business for over 20 years, and what started as a small one man trucking operation, has grown to a successful property management operation. The one man trucking operation became incorporated in 1984 as Davis Transfer Inc. While renting warehouse space for several years, Ben Davis decided that it was time to own his own buildings to operate the trucking business. He purchased his first building, and soon after began purchasing additional space. There was a demand for warehouse space, and quickly, Ben Davis Property Management was born. Ben Davis Properties along with Davis Transfer is a family owned business. We have over one million sq foot of property to date rented and occupied.
