Briko Realty Services is a full service real estate brokerage with operations across the South East Coast Line. Being Brokered in multiple states and multiple markets within each state not only allows our clients un-parallel access to data but it also creates an environment for growth for our agents and brokers. Joe Peterson started Briko Realty Services with a focus on corporate real estate involving Bank Owned, HUD and RELO Properties. By working with large banks and servicers, Joe was able to develop relationships and establish offices in markets to service his clients. As the volume of properties grew so did the opportunity to expand into traditional real estate services.
