For over 30 years BDC has been active in the development and operation of high quality commercial assets that add to the existing fabric of their surroundings. In the past 10 years BDC has shifted from a focus on the ground up development of regional best-in-class shopping centers to the repositioning of existing commercial assets, and in the past 5 years added multi-family investment and development to our project portfolio. In addition to operating their existing portfolio, they are actively seeking new acquisition opportunities that draw on their skill set of taking on challenging redevelopments to bring under-utilized assets to their highest and best purpose and value. The Executive Team represents over 100 years of collective experience in managing complex development projects throughout the Western US spanning such disciplines as entitlements, construction, leasing, contract negotiations, and property management.
