With a successful portfolio of expertise in investment property development, management, construction, leasing, and financing, the owners officially formed the Building Management Company in 2008. With a solid team in place, BMC is a versatile operation that brings in a range of partners to execute a variety of property projects throughout Virginia. To date, BMC has developed and redeveloped a variety of multifamily properties from student housing to traditional apartments, as well as use specific commercial projects, ranging from traditional office buildings to veterinarian hospitals. With a dynamic team in place, the small company’s experience, education, and licensure enable it to take a project from conception to completion almost entirely with in-house talent.
