Since 1979, Business Central’s principals have developed and/or managed more than 80 executive suites and “business centers” in the western United States ranging geographically from San Diego to Seattle to Las Vegas and Phoenix. In 1998 after successfully developing, owning and managing numerous Sacramento area executive suites and business centers, BC’s principals very successfully packaged and sold their Sacramento operations to a national operator. After completing a 3-year employment and non-compete commitment, BC’s principals chose to re-start their operation in Sacramento. The Business Central model is a hybrid of executive suites and traditional office space. Unlike “executive suites”, Business Central provides a long term office solution with scalable office space up to 5,000 square feet.
