A graduate from Ohio State and Capital University Law School, he has been an attorney and a licensed real estate broker for over 25 years in the state of Ohio. Mr. Herman's family has been in the real estate business in Ohio for over 50 years. After law school, Mr. Herman began his real estate career working for RJ Solove and Associates, the then central Ohio's leading grocery/drug store anchored shopping center developer, where he helped grow the portfolio from 1.2 million square feet to 5.5 million square feet. As Vice President of Development he was instrumental in introducing the portfolio to and completing deals with Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Kohl's, PetSmart, and Sam's Club, just to name a few.
