Carnegie Office Park began through a family business established long ago. Established in 1954, the inception of Carnegie Office Park began with the purchase of a parcel of land. Over a period of 10 years the Office Park acquired over 90 acres. The construction of Building One was completed in 1975; Building Two in 1981, 1983; and Building Six was completed in 1991. The total leaseable space is 82,000 sq. ft.
Carnegie Office Park is situated in Carnegie Borough, Rosslyn Farms Borough and Robinson Township. Access is via Rosslyn Farms exit off I-376 and North Bell Avenue from Carnegie. Ideally located at the intersection of I-79 (north to Erie, PA and south to Washington, PA) and I-376, Carnegie Office Park is only 7 minutes west of downtown Pittsburgh and 12 minutes east of Greater Pittsburgh International Airport.
