Named in honour of British icon Sir Winston Churchill – perhaps history’s greatest statesman – Churchill International Property Corporation was founded in 1989 by Chairman & CEO, Philip Langridge. A real estate professional since 1971, Philip is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), the pre-eminent worldwide organization of real estate professionals established in London, England in 1868. He has been a Member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia (RIBC) since 1976, and has decades of experience in commercial real estate investments throughout Canada, the US, and the United Kingdom.
