The primary service area for CPN is the Route One Corridor, comprising Mercer County, contiguous Middlesex, Somerset, Burlington and Hunterdon Counties. While perhaps overused, the phrase ‘time is money’, very much applies to our philosophy. We assume that dealing with real estate is an inefficient use of your time, with efforts better spent elsewhere. We seek to have answers to all questions that will typically arise.
