Ray Kluth founded Countryside Properties in 1986 after a very successful business partnership with one of Charlotte’s largest ERA franchises. Ray went to The Lord in July 2012.. In Late 1987, Ray’s oldest son, Jim joined the firm, bringing his experience dealing with the public in Hotel/Restaurant and Retail management. Ray’s other son, David, who had remained with the ERA firm as partner and Sales Manager, joined Countryside Properties in 1989. Jim’s son, John is the newest member of our family REALTOR firm. John graduated from high school in 1998 and joined us shortly after that. As with most family owned businesses, they could not exist if it were not for the support of all the children and spouses. Countryside Properties was founded on the belief that a small company can provide a greater degree of personalized service while maintaining the professionalism that buyers and sellers expect.
